Error=[Timeout is occurred] Unable to open source provider(9)

I’m trying to transcode with beamrtrans but fails with error:
“Error=[Timeout is occurred] Unable to open source provider(9)”

beamrtrans -i input.mp4 -o output.mp4

FFMPEG has no problem with handling the file. Below is the FFMPEG output when running ffmpeg -i input.mp4

Input #0, mov,mp4,m4a,3gp,3g2,mj2, from 'input.mp4':

Is there any issue with the input video format?

Below is the outpout of the beamrtrans version command:

Beamr Transcoder: Version: 1.1.0.4 (Build: 2019-03-13 20:34:52, Expiration: 2019-08-30)

The input format seems to be correct. Can you provide us the sample file to test with the latest Transcoder beta?
Thank you!

Thank you. Can I email you a link to the file? I’d prefer not to have the file out in the public.

Sure! You can send it using a private message. Just click the ‘beamr_support’ link and press Message. Thanks!
